RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
CONSUMER RIGHTS - WITHDRAWAL - CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS
GENERAL:
Every product you purchase is covered by Saray Ottoman guarantee.
If you place an order through the website you are using, in electronic format, you will be deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance selling contract offered to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (OG: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws in relation to the sale and delivery of the product they have purchased.
The shipping costs, which are the shipment expenses of the product, will be paid by the buyers.
Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer within the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.
The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications specified in the order, and with any documents such as warranty certificate and user manual, if any.
In case the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing of this situation within 3 days from the date of learning about it. The total price must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PRICE OF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID:
If the buyer fails to pay the purchase price of the product or cancels it in the bank records, the obligation of the seller to deliver the product ceases.
PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE CREDIT CARD:
After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the payment made by the buyer's credit card was fraudulently used by unauthorized persons and the price of the sold product is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product subject to the contract to the Seller within 3 days, with the shipping cost borne by the Seller.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TİME DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES:
If unforeseeable force majeure events occur and the product cannot be delivered within the specified time, the situation will be notified to the Buyer. The Buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the Buyer cancels the order and has paid in cash, the payment will be refunded to them in cash within 14 days from the cancellation. If the payment was made by credit card and the order is canceled, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer the refund to the Buyer's account.
THE OBLIGATION OF THE BUYER TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
Before taking delivery of the goods/services subject to the contract, the Buyer shall inspect them and shall not accept damaged or defective goods/services such as dented, broken, torn packaging, etc. from the shipping company. The delivered goods/services will be deemed to be undamaged and sound. AFTER delivery, the BUYER is obliged to keep the goods/services carefully. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract without any legal or penal responsibility and without giving any reason, by rejecting the product within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date to themselves or to the person/organization they indicate at the time of purchase, provided that they notify the Seller via the contact information below.

THE PERIOD OF WITHDRAWAL:
If the purchase is a service, the 14-day withdrawal period begins from the date the contract is signed. In service contracts where the performance of the service has started with the consumer's approval before the end of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
The expenses arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the SELLER.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the SELLER in writing by registered letter, fax, or e-mail within 14 (fourteen) days, and the product must not have been used within the framework of the provisions of the "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot be Used" specified in this contract.
THE USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If the status of your order does not appear as "Shipped" in the "My Orders" section, you can write your cancellation request to [email protected]. The cancellation confirmation will be sent to you via email. If your order is in the shipping process, you will need to proceed with the return process.
The gift vouchers you used for the cancelled orders will be reloaded to your account after the cancellation of your order is confirmed.
The return form must be delivered along with the product box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any, in complete and undamaged condition.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
You can return the product you purchased from Saray Ottoman within 14 business days from the delivery date without using it, as long as it retains its resaleable feature, including reasons such as incorrect product or color sent from our website. You need to contact us by emailing lü[email protected] with your return request and the problem related to the product. Packages sent without approval from our Customer Service department will not be accepted by the shipping company.
You can return the product within 14 (fourteen) business days following the day you receive the order, provided that the package is undamaged and the product is unused and all accessories are returned. You must include a written explanation of the reason for the return, the order number, and all invoice copies. Returns of opened, used, or damaged products will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for compensating for any loss in the commercial value of the product due to use, if any.
After the "Canceled" notification appears regarding your order, the entire amount is refunded to your credit card or the bank you transferred the payment to. The product price is refunded after checking its compliance with the return conditions, starting from the moment the product reaches the warehouse. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund amount to be reflected in your credit card. Refunds for installment sales are reflected on your credit card as a positive balance by your bank each month.
PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED USING THE RIGHT OF WIRHDRAWAL:
Products that are prepared according to the buyer's request or clearly tailored to personal needs, underwear bottoms, swimsuits and bikini bottoms, makeup products, disposable products, goods that are at risk of quick spoilage or have an expiration date, products that are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons once the packaging has been opened by the buyer, products that have been mixed with other products and cannot be separated by their nature, goods relating to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, electronic services that are instantly performed or immaterial goods that are instantly delivered to the consumer, as well as sound or image recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, computer consumables, cannot be returned in accordance with the Regulation if the packaging has been opened by the buyer. In addition, the use of the right of withdrawal for services that have started to be performed with the approval of the consumer before the end of the withdrawal period is not possible in accordance with the Regulation.
Cosmetic and personal care products, underwear, swimsuits, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) must be unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused in order to be returned.
DEFAULT CONDITION AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the BUYER defaults on payment in case of payment with a credit card, they accept, declare and undertake that they will pay interest to the card issuing bank and be liable to the bank in accordance with the credit card agreement between them. In this case, the relevant bank may resort to legal remedies; may demand expenses and attorney fees from the Buyer, and in any case, the Buyer agrees to pay for the damages suffered by the Seller due to the Buyer's delayed performance of debt.
